Nicole serves as Zion's Children’s Ministry Director. Her role oversees the Christian nurture and education of our Zion children from Preschool through 5th grade through Sunday school, Wednesday night Kids Club, and Vacation Bible School. Nicole served many years on the VBS planning committee before stepping into the role of Children’s Ministry Director. Before returning to Lincoln in 2014, Nicole worked for RUF at the University of Minnesota for 3 years, where she gained valuable vocational ministry experience. She uses her training to help our children at Zion grow in their love and knowledge of God. She and her husband, David, have been married for 15 years and have 5 precious daughters. She loves reading aloud with her girls, working on creative projects, and making tasty meals.
