Discipleship

Growing in Christ Together

Discipleship is rooted in following the example of Christ and being grounded in His Word. And God has designed us to walk through this process together as a church. There are many ways to plug into ongoing discipleship opportunities at Zion.

Adult Education

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”

Sundays during the education hour we meet in adult Sunday school classes to hear teachings on God’s Word and topics essential for the Christian life. Zion offers elective classes with different topics open to adults.

Men’s Ministry

"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another"

We gather and encourage each other in our daily lives. At Zion, this takes place in the areas of men's fellowship, service to the church and the community, discipleship and teaching through small groups and recovery as we walk from darkness into light.

Women’s Ministry

"A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised"

Our mission is to encourage and shepherd our sisters in Christ at Zion by nurturing them through prayer, fellowship, study, and service, thus building a strong community of women dedicated to God’s kingdom.
